The fastest way to get help:
We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days, usually to the email address on your Liftlern account.
For Open Food Facts API attribution and data questions, you can also reach us at contact@liftlern.com.
In the app
- Open Liftlern and go to your Profile.
- Tap Support (or Help).
- Choose a category, write your subject and message, and tap Send Message.
This opens your device's mail app with a pre-filled message that includes your user ID, name, app version, and device model so we can help faster. You can edit the draft before sending.
Common topics
- Sign-in or password reset: Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. Check spam for Supabase verification emails.
- Delete account: Profile → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for what is removed.
- Food missing or wrong: You can add or correct foods in the app; read the Community Guidelines before submitting shared foods.
- AI import limits: Workout photo import and label reading share a daily cap (shown in the app when you hit it). Try again the next day or enter data manually.
- Bugs: Tell us what you expected, what happened, and your iOS version. Screenshots help.
Account and privacy requests
For data access, correction, or deletion questions, email support@liftlern.com from your registered address. You can delete your account directly in the app without waiting for us.
